Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
If a scheduled service is not provided due to an error or failure on our part, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the service performed differs significantly from what was booked or described, a partial or full refund may be issued after an internal review.
Client-Initiated Cancellation (24+ hours before service): Full refund.
Client-Initiated Cancellation (within 24 hours): A cancellation fee may apply. Partial refunds are subject to our discretion.
Repairs365Services-Initiated Cancellation: You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Diagnostic or inspection fees once the diagnosis has been performed
Services completed fully and as agreed upon
Issues resulting from user error or misuse after service completion
Delays or failures caused by third-party hardware/software not under our control
Costs of replacement hardware or components unless proven defective and under warranty
Refunds for hardware are only applicable if the product is defective. All hardware returns must:
Follow the manufacturer’s return policy
Be in original packaging and unused condition
Be returned within 7 days of purchase
Software purchases are non-refundable once the license key has been issued or activated.

Date of service or product purchase
Description of the issue and the reason for requesting a refund
Any relevant supporting documentation (photos, invoice, etc.)
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, UPI, bank transfer). Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Repairs365Services reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our official website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
