1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

a. Service Not Delivered

If a scheduled service is not provided due to an error or failure on our part, you are eligible for a full refund.

b. Service Not As Described

If the service performed differs significantly from what was booked or described, a partial or full refund may be issued after an internal review.

c. Cancellations
  • Client-Initiated Cancellation (24+ hours before service): Full refund.

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation (within 24 hours): A cancellation fee may apply. Partial refunds are subject to our discretion.

  • Repairs365Services-Initiated Cancellation: You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Diagnostic or inspection fees once the diagnosis has been performed

  • Services completed fully and as agreed upon

  • Issues resulting from user error or misuse after service completion

  • Delays or failures caused by third-party hardware/software not under our control

  • Costs of replacement hardware or components unless proven defective and under warranty


3. Hardware & Software Sales

Hardware

Refunds for hardware are only applicable if the product is defective. All hardware returns must:

  • Follow the manufacturer’s return policy

  • Be in original packaging and unused condition

  • Be returned within 7 days of purchase

Software Licenses

Software purchases are non-refundable once the license key has been issued or activated.


4. How to Request a Refund

  • Full name and contact information

  • Date of service or product purchase

  • Description of the issue and the reason for requesting a refund

  • Any relevant supporting documentation (photos, invoice, etc.)

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.


5. Refund Method

Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, UPI, bank transfer). Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
